Greeting the participants, Sergei Levteev, IBA Group Chairman, said: “IBA Group serves customers in 40 countries. IBA Group experts are often on business trips to various destinations. On return to Belarus it is easy to see the difference in the level of automation for foreign and local transport, though the professional level of our developers is high. The use of paper tickets is indeed a relic of the past. Even our nearest neighbors use up–to–date systems of travel payment and control. The new system will automate payment in public transport. The transportation companies will be able to offer their customers a variety of payment options and tariff rates when using proximity cards. This means that the quality of our life will change for the better.”
